In this context, problems arising from both sides or unilateral problems may occur.

Among the factors affecting male fertility, various functional disorders defined for male reproductive organs can also be included. Erectile dysfunction, ejaculation, and other problems can be counted in this context. It is necessary to determine the most appropriate treatment method for each problem and to use only appropriate medications for patients.

What are the Symptoms of Low Sperm Count?

Among the most basic factors on fertility in men, low sperm count and lack of sufficient quality sperm are shown. As can be guessed, the biggest symptom of low sperm count is the inability to have children. Apart from this, there may be no other obvious signs or symptoms. However, in various cases, hereditary hormonal imbalances in the lack of sperm, which are male reproductive cells, can cause various symptoms by preventing sperm flow.

Low sperm count, which causes insufficient quality in male sperm cells for fertility, can sometimes occur with the following symptoms:

  • Low sexual performance,
  • Difficulty getting an erection (impotence),
  • Swelling, meringue, and pain in the testicles,

What Happens in the Recovery Process with Medications Affecting Male Fertility?

There are many different disorders among male reproductive system diseases. For this reason, the treatments and recovery periods also vary. The treatment process varies according to the specific condition of the person and the type of medication used. For a successful treatment, the process consists of many different stages. The healing process will need to be followed regularly under the supervision of a doctor after the drug is started to be used.

In our country and in the world, the process of drug treatments to be applied for fertility problems, which have been increasing in men in recent years, works briefly as follows:

  • First, the main source of the problem is diagnosed by diagnosis and evaluation.
  • Appropriate drug treatment is started according to the expert recommendation.
  • After starting drug treatment, regular doctor controls are carried out.
  • Although it varies from person to person, the healing process and side effects are evaluated.
  • At the end of the treatment, the results are evaluated and different methods are applied or the treatment is terminated.

Sperm quality is an important factor in increasing fertility in men. However, it should not be forgotten that the same drug treatment does not give results for every patient. In order for the treatment to be successful, correct diagnosis and treatment must be applied. Taking into account the age of fertility in men and other variables, appropriate treatments will definitely need to be determined.

Ovarian cysts are fluid-filled sacs or vesicles seen inside the ovary. Normally, during each menstrual period, a cyst called a follicle, which carries the egg cell and can reach 3 cm in size, forms in the ovaries. Then this cyst cracks and the egg is released. In young girls with ovulation problems, normal or physiological follicle cysts that cannot rupture can grow every month and reach 5-10 cm, while small numbers of 0.5-1 cm in size, which we call polycystic ovaries, can be seen in series. Apart from these functional cysts, benign or malignant ovarian cysts can also be seen in all age groups.

Except for the most common functional ovarian cysts, cysts can be benign or malignant tumoral cysts. In addition, as a result of infection, abscess-shaped cysts may occur, which is usually accompanied by pain and high fever.

IVF treatment is applied to women who have difficulty conceiving for various reasons. Genetic screening in IVF is performed for women and men who are at risk of disease carriers. The genetic examination method is not routinely used in every pregnancy planning.

There is a risk of unhealthy pregnancy in the IVF method. Especially in the first 3 months of pregnancy, the results of unsuccessful IVF attempts can be seen. While some of these risks depend on the IVF method, some are independent of the method. In IVF treatment, which is usually provided at an advanced age, attention should be paid to the age and general health status of the person. According to these criteria, the risks of unhealthy pregnancy in IVF can be determined.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet, regular exercise, and stress management, can be beneficial during IVF. Your doctor may provide specific recommendations based on your case.
