In 2011, he worked as a managing partner for 1 year at Kayseri In Vitro Fertilization Center, with which Acıbadem group also collaborated. He served as Unit Manager and Clinical Director at Kayseri In Vitro Fertilization Center, which was transferred to Memorial in 2012, until 2016.
